Q: What am I NOT allowed to eat with diabetes?
A: Technically, nothing is off-limits, it is all about balance. Do your best to limit SIMPLE carbs, like sugar, white flour, white rice, etc.
Focus more on COMPLEX carbs, and limit portion size. Loading up with fresh fruits and veggies, and focusing on protein intake are great ways to help with that.
