Hello, my name is Ellie, and I am a Patient Service Representative at DETS.

I grew up in Utah, and my reason for working here is simple I have always loved helping people. Whether I am answering a simple question or helping someone through a difficult time, I truly love what I do and always will.

I love the colors blue, brown, and white especially pastel shades. My favorite meals are shrimp Alfredo and beef bao, as they have always been comfort foods for me. I enjoy visiting Florida, where my boyfriend attends school, and I always have a great time when I go. While I am not much of a sports fan, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and everything fashion. My favorite outdoor activity is swimming, and I also love going on scavenger hunts and taking walks on warm, sunny days.

As a patient at DETS myself, you can count on me for empathy and a strong willingness to learn. I live with Type 1 Diabetes, which gives me a personal understanding of the challenges that can come with managing diabetes. Because of this, I strive to ensure every patient feels supported, understood, and cared for.
