Guilt Free Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Lean ground Turkey
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into 28 (2-inch) patties.

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, cook patties 3-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in center. Serve immediately and enjoy!
